This department has been running diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering course since 2012. The department offers a three years diploma course catering to the needs of the Electronics and Telecommunication Industry. The course emphasises the various aspects of Communication Engineering like mobile communication, satellite communication, analog electronics, digital electronics, consumer electronics, embedded systems, and power electronics etc.

The state of art laboratories with advanced equipment will provide enough support for hands-on practice. At Present diploma holders are recruited by the industry on a large scale, at the supervisory level. To maintain the highest standard of technical education and craft the world class professionals, the department has signed various MoUs with industries.

The obvious outcome healthy and conducive atmosphere for learning at the department reflects itself in the percentage of passing in the final year, which is more than 90% since from its inception.
